Great blog Deborah. Love the concept that change can only come from the person that goes after it. It reminds me of tthe serenity prayer that I say everyday. Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change (ie your biological clock) the courage to change the things I can (ie getting to the reproductive endocrinologists office and learn about your options) and the wisdom to know the difference ( I can do something about this and if I can’t decide what I want I can get help). Happy New Year
Thanks Deborah for your wise words. So on point for where I’m at. I’ve changed the way I eat by starting the Paleo diet in September, and I’m continuing to make changes to improve my health. I’m also looking at my relationships and how to make them better & the first step in that is inner work on myself. I’ve already seen an improvement. I may have to bookmark this blog for a reminder to keep me on the right track.

I especially love that you say, “I wish you a better relationship with yourself…” I’ve been thinking about what I can do differently in 2014, but my relationship with myself could really use some work. Really, isn’t that what change is all about-changing the way you see yourself and interact with yourself in your mind? Self perception? Ah Deborah, so happy I read this blog…! Happy 2014!
